主講人簡介：
王晶，澳大利亞臥龍崗大學(xué)經(jīng)濟學(xué)院會計系高級講師（博士），博士生導(dǎo)師。獲得新西蘭奧克蘭理工大學(xué)榮譽會計碩士和一級榮譽哲學(xué)碩士學(xué)位；新西蘭懷卡托大學(xué)會計博士學(xué)位，同時持有澳大利亞國際注冊會計師證書。
主要研究方向是企業(yè)財務(wù)會計，管理會計，審計，會計史，企業(yè)上市公司治理與投融資管理等。 已經(jīng)發(fā)表了50篇高級學(xué)術(shù)外文期刊著作和國際學(xué)術(shù)會議論文，包括專業(yè)性研究文章，會計類權(quán)威期刊，圖書和學(xué)術(shù)會議論文。 主要學(xué)術(shù)成果發(fā)表在《ABACUS: A Journal of Accounting, Finance and Business Studies》，《Journal of Accounting Literature》，《Journal of Contemporary Accounting and Economics》，《Accounting and Finance》，《Australian Journal of Management》，《Critical Perspectives on Accounting》，《Pacific-Basin Finance Journal》，《The New Zealand Law Journal》。目前任國際高等外文期刊《Accounting and Finance》副主編和《Accounting Education》, 《Journal of Accounting Literature》編輯委員會成員。
